2012 North American Conference Registration
16-18 March 2012
The registration fee is $60 for Members and $80 for Non-members. Non-members
Members who paid dues during 2011 are in good standing through 31 March 2012.
The registration fee includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday,
and snacks and non-alcoholic beverages at the drinks party on Saturday afternoon.
The deadline for registration is Sunday 11 March 2012.
The meeting room has a maximum capacity of 95 people;
the room for our Saturday night dinner has a maximum capacity of 50.
Early registration is strongly advised to avoid possible disappointment.
The last day for cancellations with a refund is Sunday 11 March.
We must give our caterers a final head count on Monday,
and so unfortunately cannot give refunds after that date.
We strive to keep conference fees as low as possible to encourage higher attendance. Donations in any amount to defray the costs of the conference help us to do this
and are greatly appreciated.
