The Barbara Pym Society
2018 North American Conference Registration

                                                        16-18 March 2018                                                       

The registration fee is $80.
You do not need to be a Member of the Barbara Pym Society to attend.
Friends and family members who do not attend the conference are most welcome to join us for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening dinners and the post-conference brunch on Sunday.

The registration fee includes morning coffee and pastries on Saturday and Sunday,
lunch on Saturday, and the coffee break on Saturday afternoon.

The deadline for registration is Saturday 10 March 2018.
The auditorium can hold up to 200 people, but we cannot accomodate more than 176 for lunch.
Maximum capacity for the Saturday dinner is 72.
Early registration is advised to avoid possible disappointment.

The last day for cancellations with a refund is Sunday 11 March.
We must give our caterers and printer a final head count on Monday 12th,
and so unfortunately cannot give refunds after that date.

Donations in any amount help us to keep conference fees as low as possible,
and are greatly appreciated. Donations to the Society are tax-deductible.

       U.S. and Canadian residents: Payment in full must accompany your registration.

                  To register by mail, click here. Print and complete the form and mail it with
                  your check enclosed.  Registration is first come, first served; if you email us when
                  you mail your check we'll hold a place for you for up to 5 days, but we must
                  receive your form and payment to confirm your reservation.

       BPS members living outside the USA may register online and pay using a credit card,
      or may register by e-mail and pay in cash (US Dollars only) at the conference.

                   or PayPal,  click here.  The transaction will be in US Dollars and you will pay
                   any foreign transaction and currency conversion fees charged by your bank.
                   If you will pay cash at the conference, complete this form, save it, and email to
          Payment in full in US Dollars will be collected at
                   the conference.
